This residence is a newly built townhouse, situated in the village of Nadur, on Malta's sister island, Gozo.

Rustically built, overlooking the valley and only a few minutes away from the sandy bay of San Blas.

On ground floor level there is a hall, kitchen/dining room and sittingroom with color TV and fireplace. There is also a spare bathroom, boxroom and garage. In the terrace, overlooking the valley, there is a good sized pool, with bbq.

On the first floor, there is 1 double bedroom ensuite, with small balcony, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a balcony overlooking the pool. Also 1 other bedroom with 2 single beds and shower room.

The house is on a self catering basis and let out for short lets.
